The National Training System started the third stage of the FIFA Coach Trainers Development Program.

The objective of the training is to improve the educational skills of their teachers, in order to develop better coaches who will have a greater impact on Nuestro Fútbol.

The National Training System (SNC) of the Mexican Football Federation (FMF), in collaboration with the FIFA Global Football Development department, continued with the training of 18 coach teachers, including representatives from the 16 SNC schools, as well as System staff.

The first stage of the FIFA Coach Educator Development Program took place in June via the FIFA learning platform, while the second stage consisted of a series of synchronous virtual meetings in August 17-19 and 24-26.

In this third stage, theoretical and practical training was given at the FMF's facilities in Toluca until November 11. Among the topics to be addressed in this course are: leadership, knowledge of football, learning and teaching methods, evaluation and mentoring, through sessions both in the classroom and on the field.

The group of facilitators is made up of representatives from the FIFA Coach Development Department and the SNC, among them:

This course aims to improve the educational skills of SNC teachers, with the goal of developing better coaches in the future who will have a greater impact on the players and the quality of the game of Our Football.

The next stage of the FIFA Coach Trainer Development Program will consist of one-on-one mentoring for course participants, which will take place in the first half of 2023.
