Together with CO2 Solutions, the Mexican National Team will become a Carbon Neutral Team on its way to Qatar 2022. This certification represents our commitment to protect the environment, climate, and biodiversity by accounting for carbon emissions generated by our National Team during official and friendly elimination matches on the way to the World Cup, as well as in the World Cup matches, to then neutralize them by supporting one or several sustainable projects.

Our building has the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certification as it was built in a sustainable manner, designed to significantly decrease the energy and water consumption, including the strategic placement of solar cells with spaces providing better conditions for health and productivity while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

We carry out PET and Aluminum recycling campaigns within our institution, generating income aimed at supporting several social causes. We manage our sanitary waste by implementing the necessary measures to reduce the effect thereof on the environment. We have an irrigation system that recovers rainwater in order to maintain our fields and green areas.

We save energy and electricity through intelligent lighting control systems in order to detect natural light, sound, and movement in offices, as well as BMS control of air conditioning systems to set automatic shutdown. Our facilities also have a photovoltaic system, with which we have saved 22,360 trees, ceased the contamination equivalent to that generated by 154 cars, and avoided the emission of 618.138 tons of CO2.
