At Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, we strive to promote a culture focused on the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and integrity, and always promote respect and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Our Fair Play policy guides the way in which we relate with different stakeholders with whom we are in contact, provides the basis to create a better work environment, and helps to create an appropriate culture promoting our mission and vision. Our training and education programs are aimed at making our collaborators ambassadors of the organization by creating an environment in which not only our values exist, but they pay attention in order to identify issues and feel confident to come forward in those situations.

We follow the best practices in Corporate Governance and have several manuals and policies meeting the ethics, integrity, and transparency requirements. Thus, we have a solid internal structure composed of authorities with clearly defined functions supervising the proper operation of the organization.
